Festival Stall Holders

Stalls at the Westbury Irish Festival help enrich the experience of festival patrons and offers stall holders the opportunity to sell and promote their products and/or services to a great number of families, mostly from Northern Tasmania.

Full payment of sites due by Friday 17/2/2017
Festival packages sent/emailed 24/2/2017

Catering Vendor:$80.00 3m x 6m site - includes 2 x power outlets
Merchant Vendor:$50.00 3m x 6m site - includes 1 x power outlet if required
Market Stalls:$25.00 flat rate (3m x 3m)
Not-For-Profit:$20.00 flat rate (3m x 3m/3m x 6m - depending on type of site)
Exhibitions only:No Fee (nothing being sold from the site)
Buskers (solo):$15.00 no power
Buskers (Group):$25.00 no power
Cancellation fees:2 weeks prior to event50% of site fee forfeited
1 week prior to event 100% of site fee forfeited
